Refund Policy
Effective Date: August 1, 2026
This Refund Policy explains the process for requesting and handling refunds involving payments facilitated through the Integralink payment integration platform ("Integralink" or the "Platform"), operated by Mara Linux and Business Solutions, Inc. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
Integralink is a technology and payment integration platform that connects Merchants with supported third-party payment service providers, financial institutions, payment networks, and related service providers ("Payment Providers").
Integralink is not the seller of the Merchant's goods or services and does not establish the Merchant's commercial refund or cancellation policy.
Refunds are currently managed and processed manually by Merchants. Integralink does not currently offer automated refund processing, refund initiation, or refund tracking through the Platform.
Refund eligibility is determined by the Merchant's refund or cancellation policy, subject to applicable laws, consumer protection requirements, and Payment Provider rules.
1. Who May Request a Refund
A Customer who has made a payment to a Merchant through a payment method facilitated by Integralink may request a refund when permitted by the Merchant's refund or cancellation policy or when otherwise required by applicable law.
Customers must contact the Merchant directly regarding refunds related to purchases, products, services, order cancellations, delivery concerns, or other commercial transactions.
The Merchant is responsible for reviewing and resolving these requests in accordance with applicable laws and its own policies.
2. Circumstances That May Be Eligible for Refund
Subject to the Merchant's policy and applicable law, refund requests may be considered under circumstances including:
- Cancellation of an order or service eligible for refund;
- Goods or services not delivered or provided as agreed;
- Defective or incorrectly supplied products or services;
- Verified duplicate or incorrect payments;
- Overpayments or other confirmed payment discrepancies;
- Transactions the Merchant has agreed to refund; or
- Other circumstances where a refund is required by applicable law.
Refund eligibility is subject to verification and the applicable requirements.
The circumstances listed above do not automatically guarantee a refund unless the Customer is entitled to one under applicable law.
3. How to Request a Refund
Customers must submit refund requests directly to the Merchant from whom the goods or services were purchased.
The Customer should provide sufficient information to identify the payment, which may include:
- Customer name and contact information;
- Invoice or transaction reference number;
- Payment date and amount;
- Payment method used; and
- Reason for requesting a refund.
The Merchant may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the transaction and evaluate the refund request.
Once the Merchant approves a refund, the Merchant is responsible for arranging and processing the return of funds directly to the Customer through an appropriate available refund method or through the applicable Payment Provider's prescribed refund procedure.
Refund requests cannot currently be initiated or processed automatically through Integralink.
4. Integralink's Role
Integralink currently does not provide automated refund processing functionality through the Platform.
Refund requests, eligibility decisions, approvals, and the actual return of funds are handled directly by the Merchant, subject to applicable law and Payment Provider requirements.
Merchants are responsible for arranging and processing approved refunds through their available refund methods or, where necessary, through the applicable Payment Provider.
Integralink may provide reasonable technical assistance in:
- Verifying original payment transaction records;
- Checking recorded payment statuses;
- Investigating reported duplicate or inconsistent transactions; and
- Providing available transaction information to assist with payment-related inquiries.
Integralink does not independently approve Merchant refunds, automatically reverse successful payments, or guarantee the completion of refunds arranged by Merchants.
Nothing in this Policy limits any legal rights or remedies available to Customers under applicable law.
5. Refund Processing Time
Refund processing times depend on the Merchant's refund procedures, the selected refund method, applicable Payment Provider requirements, and relevant financial institutions.
Because refunds are currently handled manually by Merchants, Integralink does not establish a standard refund processing or completion period.
Customers should coordinate directly with the Merchant regarding the expected refund schedule and confirmation of the return of funds.
Where a refund is processed through a bank, Payment Provider, or other financial institution, additional processing time may apply.
Any refund processing estimate provided by the Merchant or Payment Provider is subject to the applicable operational conditions and requirements.
6. Refund Amount and Fees
The refundable amount is determined by the Merchant, subject to the original transaction, applicable refund policies, Payment Provider terms, and applicable law.
Refunds may cover the full or partial amount of the original purchase, depending on the circumstances and applicable requirements.
Transaction processing fees, service fees, and other charges may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law and the relevant contractual terms.
Any applicable deductions or adjustments must be handled and disclosed in accordance with applicable laws and contractual obligations.
Integralink does not automatically calculate refund amounts, deduct refund amounts from Merchant wallet balances, or adjust original transaction fees as part of a Merchant-managed refund.
7. Non-Refundable or Restricted Transactions
A refund request may be declined, restricted, or subject to additional verification where:
- The request does not qualify under the Merchant's refund policy and no applicable legal right to a refund exists;
- The Merchant cannot reasonably verify the transaction or request;
- The transaction has already been refunded, reversed, or otherwise adjusted;
- The requested refund method is unavailable or restricted by the applicable Payment Provider;
- The request involves suspected fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity; or
- A restriction is imposed by applicable law, court order, banking regulation, or Payment Provider rules.
These restrictions do not override mandatory consumer protection rights or other remedies available under applicable law.
8. Duplicate, Failed, Pending, or Unrecognized Payments
Customers who believe they have experienced duplicate charges, incorrect payments, or transactions showing unexpected statuses should contact the Merchant with the relevant payment information.
The Merchant may use available Integralink transaction-status or reconciliation tools to verify the recorded payment information.
Integralink may provide technical assistance in investigating payment discrepancies, where supported.
A transaction recorded as pending, failed, expired, or otherwise incomplete does not necessarily mean that funds were successfully collected.
Payment confirmation or reconciliation with the applicable Payment Provider may be necessary before determining whether a refund or other corrective action is required.
Where a refund is appropriate, the Merchant is responsible for arranging its processing through the applicable available method or Payment Provider procedure.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
A chargeback or payment dispute initiated through a bank, card issuer, Payment Provider, or payment network is separate from a standard Merchant-managed refund.
Such disputes are subject to the applicable financial institution's or Payment Provider's rules, documentation requirements, and processing timelines.
Customers and Merchants should follow the prescribed dispute process of the relevant Payment Provider or financial institution.
Integralink may provide available transaction records or reasonable technical assistance when appropriate and legally permitted.
Merchant-managed refunds do not automatically reverse, cancel, or otherwise resolve an existing chargeback or formal payment dispute.
10. Contact and Support
For questions regarding purchases, products, services, cancellations, refund eligibility, refund amounts, or refund processing, Customers should contact the Merchant directly.
For payment-related technical inquiries involving transactions facilitated through Integralink, Customers or Merchants may contact:

11. Changes to this Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, available payment functionality, Payment Provider requirements, applicable laws, or operational procedures.
If automated refund functionality becomes available in the future, this Policy may be revised to describe the applicable processes, responsibilities, limitations, and requirements.
Updated versions will be published through the Integralink Platform or website and will indicate their effective date.
